We customize the user experience and communication according to your customer relationship, and we use personal data for this. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest.

 Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you download a webpage. The Data Protection Authority currently uses cookies for the following purposes:

 We have also developed a privacy-friendly statistical solution. This requires a session cookie. The session cookie we use is named "datatilsynet,"and it is the same one used for logging in (see the list below). In addition, the user agent that is used is also stored. We have not yet implemented this in the statistics, but it can be used, among other things, to see which types of devices are most commonly used. It only contains the "user-agent string" (for example, Mozilla/5.0).
